Maintenance process:

Let’s talk about where this machine problem mainly appears first. The first problem was that the 19V public ignition machine was short-circuited, and found that the upper and lower tubes powered by U133 CPU were hot, and the machine was burned again after disconnecting the inductance of CPU, but the result was still hot. Fortunately, the CPU was not dead, and the resistance value was 0.15. To place an order, the two tubes were removed and the next capacitor was burned again, but no short circuit was found.

The second is that there is a problem with the charging circuit and it jumps repeatedly. As a result, two tubes, Q7106 and Q7002, were replaced, and the problem was solved at once. The third is that EC has penetrated, and there is a small hole on it.

The fourth is that the battery chip has been removed. Fortunately, there are drawings, and it is embarrassing without drawings.

The fifth is that there is something wrong with the standby chip. The 12-pin VIN feels cut off without voltage, which is a bit different from 51285. Turn it on at 3/5V, it’s burnt, and it’s in stock. Weld the chip and connect it with three thin copper wires, and wait for other chips to arrive after processing.

The above is the problem of this machine. Today, I took it out to change the chip and processed it again. EC has vinyl, which took me almost an hour and a half. The other chips were replaced one by one, and after processing, the original BIOS was brushed to boot.
