iPhone 6s Plus Won’t Turn On Plus repair

Maintenance process: 
Today, I received an iPhone water damage. The customer described the mobile phone Plus no booting.  After testing, it was found that Connect the power supply short-circuit current 275mA could be restarted with switch current of over 500 auto power off.

Look at the current, it should be able to display. Why didn’t it display? Look carefully at the light, it turned out that there was no backlight.

I looked at the backlight chip again, and there were traces of water damage corrode. So I blew off the backlight chip on the right first, and found that many solder beads on PAD had been soldered by corrode again, and then Connect the power supply, then short-circuit current became smaller, only over 90 mA,  and the LOGO could be displayed normally after booting, but.

So I continued to look for corrode, and deducted Capacitor of several main VCC corrode first. The current of short-circuit current became smaller and smaller, and there were short-circuit current with more than 50 mA. Finally, I found that corrode on the side of USB chip was also serious, so I took off the USB chip, and sure enough, the solder beads under short-circuit current were also corrode.

Once again,Connect the power supply has no short-circuit current, the power-on is normal, and the system test function is normal. At this point,iPhone Won’t Turn On mobile phone Plus has been repaired.
