ViVO Y93 can not charge repair

Machine model: ViVO Y93

Fault: The cell phone indicates that the temperature is too low to charge.

Test results: The mobile phone can be turned on, all functions are normal, and the screen of plug-in charger shows that the temperature is too high to charge.

Fault analysis: This fault is generally caused by the connection of the auxiliary board FPC BTB connector data detection pin Open circuit.

First of all, if there is a replacement sub-board at hand, replace the sub-board for testing; if not, directly measure the pin bit diode value of sub-board BTB connector.
Open Xinzhizao Soft software, find the annotation drawing of ViVO Y93 and find the sub-board BTB connector.

Open ViVO Y93 Boardview, find the sub-board BTB connector, and measure according to diode value data of Boardview as reference.

After measurement, it was found that the 20th pin BTB connector 22601 of the sub-board BTB connector was OL, that is, the line was disconnected. According to Boardview, it was found that the pin bit was connected to the test point 12, and the wire was connected from the test point to the 20th pin bit, and the fault was repaired.
