Fault phenomenon: power failure when starting the machine, and sometimes the LOGO is turned on.

Maintenance process: This machine has no drawings, so you can refer to the drawing points of C221 (in Xinzhi Manufacturing). When the current drops to 0.023 around 1.2A, it can be triggered again. Although 0.023 is not very high, my intuition tells me that the standby is a little high, so I can’t tell.

Dismantling the bare board of the motherboard is the same as booting, but brushing a BIOS is fruitless, eliminating peripheral and BIOS problems. Taking out the artifact thermal imaging, it is definitely not normal that the network card chip is nearly 40 degrees when the standby is not triggered.

It’s really good to dismantle it, and the standby time has changed from 0.023 to 0.009, but the same wired network can’t be used. In order to pursue perfection, I found the same 8111H and replaced it.

I thought it was a spike, but the result was the same as before. This time, the LOGO fell off when the screen was not lit, and I found another chip to replace it, which basically ruled out the problem of the chip itself.

Check a circle of peripheral circuits, measure the voltage, remove the power supply filter capacitor, remove the anti-static, and look at the pin definition in the chip data manual (groups of data lines are either connected or south bridge, can data lines also cause power failure? ）。

Restore the removed things, except that the network card chip is not installed, and communicate with the customer to buy a USB external connection, and light up the machine diagram.
