Remove the machine and take out the main board. After the appearance inspection of the main board, it is found that a polarity Capacitor beside the CPU is a little blackened. As shown in the figure, the auto power off capacity has been removed, and the power on test is still useless. It is judged that Fuse may be burnt.

Find a pointer multimeter, can only measure VCC, NodiodeBeeps. Power on measurement found that this Fuse wire f7140, one end of VCC, not one end.
