Maintenance process:
After receiving the machine, according to the customer’s description, this phenomenon appeared only after the back cover glass was replaced, so it was caused when the glass was replaced. When the machine was disassembled, it was found that the flat cable of the infrared lens was cracked, which seemed to be broken. Failure to recognize the infrared lens would indeed lead to the front and rear cameras not being opened, and the face could not be used.

Next, we remove the infrared lens module and scrape the torn flat cable.

Connect the broken wire to the flying wire and cure the insulation with green oil.

After the installation test, the front and rear cameras returned to normal and their faces were normal.

The battery was found to have been punctured when the rear glass was replaced.

Just replace the battery with a new one.

After installation test, the battery returned to normal, and its function was normal. The front and rear cameras could not be opened because the infrared lens ribbon cable was torn, and the battery failed because it was punctured.
