Customer description: The mobile phone earpiece has no sound, and the speaker has no sound.
Test results: All functions of the mobile phone are normal, there is no sound from the top earpiece and there is no sound from the bottom speaker.
Fault analysis: Because both speakers have no sound at the same time, the fault should be the common working condition of the two speakers.
Open the Xinzhizao Soft software, find the Mate30 Pro annotation drawing,Boardview,schematic, and find the small coder chip.

After looking at the drawings, it is found that two small coder chips share 1.8V VCC and I2C 4 lines.VCC measurement is normal, because I2C4 needs to remove the chips for measurement, and then directly remove the chips one by one and then test them.

After removing the upper coder chip, the fault disappears, replace it with a new coder chip, and repair the fault.
