Acer ES1-411 notebook is not powered on for repair

Machine model: Acer ES1-411

Fault symptom: the notebook is not powered on.

Maintenance process: the standby current is 0.001 when the adjustable power supply is connected, and 0.059 when the switch is pressed. It seems that the power is not on, so the motherboard is removed.

There are 3.3V and 1.8V (standby for CPU) measured during standby, but there is no 5V. Disconnect the power supply, turn on 5V, and the resistance value is 0. After reading the circuit diagram, 5V goes to several power supply chips. As a result, it can’t be burned by the burning machine method, and the filter capacitor at the 5V inductor end is removed.

After removing the capacitor, the resistance returned to normal, and only 1.4V came out by pressing the switch 5V, and the chip was probably broken. Put it on the next day after purchase, and 5V came out perfectly.
