Machine model: iPhone 8 Plus

Fault symptom: battery die more quickly

Maintenance process:

A water damage iPhone 8 Plus, opened and found only a small number of positions corrode.
After water damage was partially processed,short-circuit current 8ma was powered on,switch was turned on, and the basic functions were normal after a try.
At night, the mobile phone came back again, saying that walking is not a step. Every day, you need to record the running mileage, test the compass, and you can’t turn it. You took apart the compass IC on the corner, and its function is normal.
The next day, I came again, saying it was useless, auto power off was buzzing. The power-up and take-off of the machine is normal, and the bright screen current is also normal, that is,Stop at 140mA does not return to zero after entering the system for the last time, and the positioning of the flight switch on and off is still not working well. I guess there is something wrong with the signal part. I directly hit the ground value of Capacitor near IF, and when I measured it to C802 along the road of PP1V8 LDO6, I found that only 160,normal value was at 440 or so,I clicked Boardview and got through to Endoic.

Remove the power amplifier IC shielding cover, and there is no trace of corrode water damage. First, break the Current protection resistor of Switch to exclude several ics.
Turn off R1001,diode value remains, and exclude power amplifier VCC IC.

Then disconnect the resistance R1609 of diversity receiving Current protection, and diode value remains the same. Connect it back with a tin point and continue to check other positions.

There are too many power amplifier passes, so I can’t try to dismantle them all. I directly apply The rosin smoke method Dafa to the 1.8V, turn it on and let it stand by. If the low frequency power amplifier is changed a little, I can stand by for 10mA by replacing it directly. After powering on power amplifier 8mA, I still can’t find the position, but it doesn’t affect the use. Installation and maintenance are over!
