Fault symptom: HOME key is too sensitive.

Maintenance process:
I received an iPhone 7 motherboard and fingerprint from Taiwan Province. According to the customer description, the HOME button breakpoint, that is to say, the return is too sensitive. The HOME button of iPhone 7 generation is pressure sensitive, that is to say, it returns according to the pressing force. However, the HOME button of this machine has the effect of returning immediately when touched lightly, which is obviously abnormal.
When we carefully observed fingerprint FPC under the microscope, we found that the chip on fingerprint FPC had broken marks.

The fault point is found, and the next step is to replace the chip on fingerprint FPC.

Remove the chip, and after processing PAD, make up Solder Mask where the copper leaks out.
