When the single board presses the power on key and the current is 300ma-1.3a, it is judged that VCC has Short circuit. Remove the main board, measure the VCC ground value of VCC output power supply, and measure Nand 3V VCC Short circuit.

One Capacitor on the edge of Nand was burned out by Current heating test method, and it was damaged. After removal, the current jumped normally, and it was started into the system, and the maintenance was completed.
