It is found that the core video memory PCI e VDD 3.3 to 1.05v, and the initial VCC is 0. According to the R9 series a card VCC sequence should be PCI e gold finger 3.3V, after converting IC to 1.05v core, initializing VCC→ core sending pwrok, starting ncp5395t main VCC→ then video memory 1.5V → finally PCIe VDD.
