It means that you don’t recognize the power of the power supply and can’t charge it. The system adjusts the performance according to the performance and looks at the battery information in BIOS.

I really don’t recognize the function of the adapter and don’t charge it. If the adapter has been changed, then disassemble it and test the interface and motherboard!
