Fault symptom: the motherboard can’t boot but the memory.

Maintenance process:

An ASUS M4A77T single display board, the fault description has been beeping but the memory. Try the machine with a new memory chip, and the fault remains.

The first step of this fault is to test the memory power supply, VTT voltage and SPD power supply. After measurement, the value card SPD 0V is disconnected. Fly a wire directly from the 24PIN power port.

After flying, the SPD 3.4V is normal after power-on test.

Boot, there is no beep, the graphics card is on, but the machine still doesn’t light up. The running code C7-D5-04 stopped when inserting the motherboard diagnostic card, but it kept beeping when unplugging the memory.

After brushing the BIOS, power on and start the test again, turn on the machine perfectly, troubleshoot, and the maintenance is over.
