Maintenance process: the customer said that switch auto power off was still the same after changing the power supply. After taking over the measurement of 12V, the Short circuit was not found, and the 3.3V was also OK, so it was directly powered on.

Memory VCC see the diagnostic card on reset lamp,VCC did not come out.The bridge’s + 1.05me was measured_VSB VCC and CPU VCC are not available, other VCC are normal.

Test chip two conditions are OK, frequency resistance measurement did not find the file, also directly replace the chip, the chip in Inductor next to the chip, 8 pin chip QFN packaging!!
