An A320 motherboard does not display when it is turned on, and sometimes the transfer restarts.

First, the CPU power supply and the main memory power supply are not short-circuited, so the CPU power supply 1.3 and the main memory power supply 1.2 are normal.

So I started to check that the power supply of the memory is 2.5 for VPP, 0.6 for VREF, 0.6 for VTTDDR and 2.5 for SPD. So I found that the SPD power supply is not right, and the ground was measured as 6, which found the problem.
